Switzerland--> Lichtenstein-->Germany๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช

We left peaceful, green, rich Switzerland for Germany today... with a lunch stop in the very small neutral, rich country of Lichtenstein.
Next stop was castles in Germany!  We hiked up to Neuschwanstein, the Cinderella castle, built by King Ludwig.  We then swung by and hiked up to his parents castle where he grew up on the next mountain over... we didn't call first,  we just popped in like they did back in the old days.  The parents castle is called Hohenschwangau Castle.
Pictures are scattered on various devices...and no pictures were allowed to be taken inside of the castles. So...not many pics available for tge blog.

We did your the gardens and took pics there.

Alex had a Kind Dark beer with a brat

Lastly there is a giant zebra in our hotel room... and we are excited to be going to bed!

Alex's thought for the day, a breath taking experience of old German culture (he said it with a German accent).

My thoughts of the day...it was very cool to experience the castles with Alex!  Alex also tried German goulash for the first time and loved it!
